These days, I’m all about helping people achieve their fitness goals and live healthier lives. As a fitness instructor, I get to share my passion for staying active and feeling your best every day. Whether it’s sweating it out in the gym or enjoying the great outdoors, I believe that taking care of our bodies is essential for a fulfilling life. Beyond my fitness journey, I’m a down-to-earth and easygoing person who loves to laugh and enjoy life’s simple pleasures. I’m a foodie with a weakness for trying new restaurants, and I’m just as comfortable cozying up with a good book or movie as I am breaking a sweat.
